How involved do we need to be?
We keep you informed without overwhelming you. Some teams like to stay closely involved at every step; others prefer us to handle the details and check in at key milestones. We flex to your style so you can be as hands-on—or hands-off—as you like.
What are your rates?
We don’t have a rate card because no two projects are alike. While we have a base from which we create estimates, we are extremely flexible and always do our best to make your budget work. So no matter how big or small your budget is, give us a call and let’s chat.
Can you help with just one service or a small part of a project?
Absolutely! We frequently partner with clients who only need a color-correction or VFX work. Sometimes they just need a mix. Whatever part of the process you need us to cover, we’re on it.
How do you handle privacy and confidentiality?
We’ve worked on all sorts of projects with all sorts of clients, many with strict NDAs and some that were highly classified. We understand and respect privacy and will adhere to your security concerns. In fact, we have created a lot of content that we are never able to share in our portfolio of work, and that’s fine by us. We always ask the client about limitations in sharing work and respect it. Proprietary information is never shared.
How do you handle internal approvals?
We establish a calendar of approvals and share with you along the way. We understand that approvals are there to maximize efficiency and that there may be many stakeholders involved on the client side. We are passionate about the work we do, but in the end, we are here to serve you, so we do not set limits on client approvals.
How do you handle compliance needs?
We have years of experience creating and delivering materials that adhere to 508 compliance. We also have a built in process for quality control for all of our work and we hold ourselves to a very high bar for delivery.
